Where your order actually lives

Every product is bought through our Etsy shop, not on this site. Etsy takes the payment, delivers the file, and holds your order history — so any refund is requested and issued there, under Etsy’s buyer policies.

The quickest route is always to open the order in Etsy and message the shop. That way the conversation is attached to the order itself, and we can see exactly which file you got.

If a file won’t download, won’t open, or is the wrong one

Tell us and we will fix it. A download that fails, a link that goes nowhere, a file that will not open, or a listing that delivered the wrong thing is our mistake, not yours — and it is worth telling us even if it has been a while.

It also helps enormously if you say what you were using: phone or computer, and which app you opened it in. Most “it won’t open” reports turn out to be a phone browser that downloaded the file somewhere hard to find, which we can talk you through in a minute.

Printing problems

Colors look different on every printer, and home printers routinely shrink a page to fit. If a print comes out the wrong size, check that your printer is set to 100% / Actual Size rather than “Fit”. If it still looks wrong, send us a photo — we would rather help you get a good print than have you give up on it.

Returns and refunds

Because every product is an instant digital download, we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been sent. A download cannot be handed back the way a parcel can, so this is the standard across shops that sell printables — including ours on Etsy.

That is not a brush-off, and it is not the end of the conversation. If a file is broken, will not open, or is not what the listing described, that is a fault on our side and we will put it right — a replacement file, or a refund where a replacement is not the answer. Buying the wrong item by mistake is still worth asking us about; we would rather sort it out than have you stuck with something you cannot use.
